Professional Counselor, LCMHC, LPC, CGP, NCC
Hollis is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Grief Professional with years of experience supporting those navigating trauma, grief, and the ongoing challenges of everyday life. Her work in private practice, along with her role as an embedded mental health counselor with MARSOC, has given her a unique understanding of how to walk alongside individuals in their most vulnerable moments and help them move through their experiences with honesty, support, and a more supportive footing that builds confidence in their healing process. Through her experience working with SOF, first responders, and other high-performance populations, Hollis recognizes the weight of constant demands and the resilience often required behind the scenes. This is why her approach is person-centered and collaborative meeting clients where they are at and helping them identify what comes next in their healing journey. While she specializes in trauma-informed care, Hollis also supports clients with anxiety, ADHD, depression, burnout, and attachment wounds that shape how they relate to themselves and others, along with the transitions that arise in everyday life. She tailors her therapeutic approach to each individual, drawing from evidence-based and innovative modalities including ACT, CBT, CPT, and EMDR. Hollis also incorporates animal-assisted interventions when appropriate, recognizing the grounding, regulation, and connection therapeutic animals can bring to the healing process. At the heart of Hollis’s work is a simple belief: therapy isn’t about “fixing” people, but about creating space for relief, insight, healing, and growth. She values the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they reclaim their sense of self, restore balance, and move toward lives that feel meaningful again.
