John Prucha is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor residing in Carrollton, Georgia who has 5 years of clinical experience. John deployed ten times to Iraq, Afghanistan, and other areas in the Middle East as a member of 3rd Ranger Battalion and as a high-threat protection specialist. John provides services to ages 8 and up at Triad Psych in Carrollton, Georgia where he utilizes a short-term, neuro-informed, person-centered, non-judgmental approach to mental health counseling which can be conducted either in-person or virtually within the state of Georgia. My hope is that my clients leave resilient, more aware, and grow into the person that they desire to become with a newfound ability to cope with life’s stressors and process trauma of the past from a holistic perspective. I have experienced that a therapeutic relationship built on trust, and “unconditional positive regard” can produce relief and healing. I utilize a neuro informed approach and place a specific focus on how the central nervous system impacts mental health. This is a very effective approach which produces rapid, positive outcomes.
