Jaime is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 10+ years of experience with special populations (military, front line defenders), military families and their school aged clients. She currently owns a clinical practice outside of the Twin Cities and specializes in trauma, couples therapy and outdoor therapy. Jaime is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trained in Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Polyvagal theory, TRE (Trauma Release exercise), ACT (Acceptance-Commitment-Therapy), CPI (Crisis Prevention), MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), IASIS (microcurrent neurofeedback provider) and Level 1 Reiki. As a provider, and a daughter of a veteran, Jaime therapeutically supports expeditions with The Green Beret L.I.F.E., a 501(c)(3) and also partners with the Veteran Resilience Project as a psychotherapist.
