Chris is the Owner of Peak Psychotherapy PLLC, where he supports adult clients in overcoming challenges related to PTSD, TBI, depression, anxiety, sleep issues and ADHD. He also provides short-term couples interventions to support clients in their relationship goals. A wounded Marine combat veteran, he’s overcome many of his own challenges and is now a thriving therapist. With a foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy, Chris specializes in EMDR and psychedelic integration therapy - advanced techniques that help clients heal from trauma, develop new insights, manage pain, enhance performance, and become the best version of themselves. In these roles, Chris has worked with military combat and special operations veterans, first responders, business executives, startup founders, and athletes, helping them improve their mental health and performance. He has a passion for helping people reach their highest potential and takes a solutions-focused approach, empowering you to achieve your goals. In addition to his work with clients, he supports therapists with consultation and supervision toward licensure, EMDR Certification, and adding psychedelic integration therapy to their practice. In 2012 he founded a nonprofit that continues to thrive and offers an accredited, research-backed peer support training to veterans and civilian allies. Over the past decade he's served on various public health boards and national committees focused on clinical quality and rehabilitation research. He also advises nonprofits and startups.
